IN MARCH 2018, GROUND STABILISATION SYSTEMS INSTALLED ROCKFALL PROTECTION AND ROCK BOLTS IN VALLEY LAKE.

Valley Lake is a premium residential estate located in Keilor East. Almost 400 homes are located within the estate which has been built amongst many adjoining cliff faces.

GSS were engaged to complete maintenance and repair works of the cliff face.

Over a period of 3 months, GSS installed rockfall netting and rock bolts along with debris removal. Over 150 anchors were tested as part of the acceptance testing procedures for the project.

The Victoria government were happy with the outcome and were able to hand the area over to local council.
